Planning decor for your special event can seem overwhelming. At THERESA we make every effort to manage the planning process in an efficient, pleasant, and professional manner so that you feel at ease and confident with your final choices.
The consultation gives us an opportunity to share our ideas and brainstorm the many ways we could approach your event. During this approximately hour and half long session, we will look at pictures, talk about your dreams, and discuss your budget.
A written proposal for the design of your special event is sent to you shortly after the consultation. The proposal will give you various options, suggested palette, and estimated cost.
By returning a signed contract with your deposit you will secure the date with us. Once this is completed, we will schedule site visits with your venue and continue to refine the final plan.
THERESA takes great pride in providing the freshest, most creative, and beautiful flowers for your event. The day-of logistics are an important component in ensuring that the floral delivery and installation are professionally executed. We work with your other vendors to coordinate the optimum time for delivery of your personal flowers and installation of your ceremony and reception pieces as well as pick up of rented items. Each detail regarding your floral decor will be carefully thought through so that you and your guests can enjoy the event of your dreams!
